Campobello-Gramling News
Campobello-Gramling Teacher is Golden Apple Winner
Mrs. Tonya Cole, a second grade teacher from Campobello-Gramling School was recently honored as a WYFF Golden Apple Award recipient.

Welcome to Campobello Gramling School!

It is my pleasure to introduce you to a school that believes in quality, student-centered education. If you are visiting for the first time, or if you are already a school family member, we welcome you and hope you enjoy the CGS website.

The 2016-17 school year began with 735 students entering the doors of Campobello Gramling School. This year’s theme, From the Mountains to the Sea, CGS is the Place to Be, is going to give teachers the opportunity to highlight our state in their lessons. Also, we celebrated the start of the year with over 216 students completing optional summer work. These students who completed the work were treated with a field day and a game truck visit or a field trip to Pump it Up. It is an exciting time at CGS.

The 7th and 8th grade football and volleyball teams look forward to successful seasons. We also have a number of Middle School students participating at either Landrum or Chapman High School in marching band, cheerleading, weightlifting, volleyball, golf, and cross country.

As principal, I have the privilege to work with excellent students, teachers, staff, parents, and community members.

Our staff is committed to serving every student. We believe CGS is a corridor to opportunity--- students will be challenged, embraced, and given the tools to be college and career ready. The CGS family has created a culture that provides for a student-centered education and believes it is our responsibility to nurture individual learning styles as we prepare our students to lead productive lives now and in the future. This is going to be a fantastic year. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your child’s educational experience.
