Welcome to Holly Springs-Motlow! We invite you to join us as we strive to become the "World's Greatest." Our teachers and staff are daily encouraging students to discover their superpowers. At HSM, we recognize the importance of the arts and we create learning experiences that infuse the arts into our classrooms. We want to provide our students with a wealth of experiences that will prepare them to be "College and Career Ready." Our school is truly a place where students, faculty and staff make up a community of learners respecting, loving and growing together while seeking excellence. We are excited for a spectacular 2013-2014 school year!

WYFF News 4 and BI-LO are proud to continue the strong tradition of presenting the Golden Apple Awards program. The Golden Apple Awards are a way for our viewers to recognize the excellent work taking place in classrooms throughout our area. Each week, an outstanding educator will be featured during the Thursday 5:00 pm newscast on WYFF News 4. You can pick up a Golden Apple nomination form at your neighborhood BI-LO. Using the form, you can share why your favorite teacher should receive this honor.
A School Exclusion List indicates for which illnesses a child must be kept out of (excluded from) school. It also indicates when medical notes are needed for children to return to school after certain illnesses.
If needed, your child’s school will give you information on Exclusion Lists for children in 3, 4 or 5-year-old Kindergarten, or students in 1st through 12th grades who are Medically Fragile. If you have any questions about the School Exclusion List, please contact your child’s school or local health department.
