Megan Robinson, Samantha Reid and Grace Furman were winners in Representative Trey Gowdy's Essay Contest.
Christian Armstrong, Jasmine Escalante and Ciara Sikes were winners in the National Career Development Assoc. annual poetry and poster contest.
Battle of the Brains team finished in the top 8 schools. This competition included schools from Greenville, Spartanburg, Union and Cherokee counties. Team members were Lee Jackson, Will Owens and Eddie Waitman.
Maggie Burress, Aubree Denton, Ruthie Edmonds and Kimberly Upton made all conference in volleyball.
Nick Forrester and Jacob Corn made all conference in football.

Four students were selected for the 2011 All State Chorus - Sierra Caroll, 2nd Soprano; Zoie Kelly, Alto; Lee Jackson, Tenor; and Henry Bravo, Baritone.

Madeline McAbee's artwork and artist's statement was shown on the Big Screen Plaza in New York City during the National Art Education Association Convention.
Jasmine Escalante, Madeline McAbee and Delilah Mullet's artwork was chosen to be displayed during Youth Art Month at the Chapman Cultural Center.
