Mrs. Green

Hey!  I am Mrs. Collins your South Carolina History teacher.  This will be my 10th year teaching history at Mabry Middle School.  I graduated from USC-Spartanburg with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education-Social Studies and received a Master’s Degree in Education from Southern Wesleyan University.  I am also the 8th grade sponsor of Mabry’s Beta Club and the Social Studies Department Chair.  I am married to Coach Collins who teachers 7th grade history here at Mabry. We have two sons named Blake and Luke.  I enjoy watching football and baseball, swimming, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.  I am very excited about working with each of you this year!!!

Hello!  I am Mrs. Noe’, your math teacher.  This will be my 20th year teaching middle school math.  I graduated from Limestone College with a Bachelor’s degree in secondary and middle school math.  I am, also, gifted and talented certified. While at Limestone College, I played softball, soccer, and volleyball.  I have been married for 18 years.  I have a 15 year old son, Benjamin, and a 6 year old daughter, Brook.  I enjoy watching my son play soccer and being with my family.  I am looking forward to meeting you and having a great learning experience.

Hi, I am Mr. Stewart and I am 42 years old.  I am married, and have two daughters.  I received my High School Diploma in 1986 from Travelers Rest High School, in Greenville County.  I received an Associates Degree in Biology in 1988 from North Greenville College in Tigerville, SC.  I received my Bachelors Degree in Geology from the College of Charleston in 1991.After college, I worked briefly in several odd jobs, but finally got a job as a geologist with the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control.  I worked for the state for 14 years, and then decided to change careers, and become a teacher.  I completed the certification process in May 2009, and will begin my sixth year of teaching 8th Grade Science in the 2012-2013 school year.  I enjoy the outdoors, particularly hiking, fishing, white water rafting, swimming, and gardening.  I am an avid reader of science fiction, my favorite author being Michael Crichton.  I enjoy working with animals, and have two corn snakes in my classroom.
