RESEARCH AT MABRY

As part of our literacy initiative and SREB's MMGW, all our students will complete a research project this year through their ELA classes.   In addition, all students will also complete mini-research projects in Science, Social Studies and Math.

In addition to gaining knowledge about their topics, students also learn how to evaluate web sites, how to paraphrase and summarize, how to distinguish between primary and secondary sources, as well as how to cite their sources and prepare both source and note cards with proper citation.
