MABRY MIDDLE SCHOOL CHORUS

Choral Director: Wendy M. Miller

Chorus Misson Statement:The mission of the Chorus is to develope a talent and skill that requires self-discipline, self sacrifice, cooperative spirit and a desire for perfection so that we, as a group and as individuals, may contribute service to the fine arts community.

Background information: The Mabry Chorus consists of 7th and 8th grade students that have auditioned for placement in the program. The classes are divided by grade level and also by gender. The chorus performs a christmas and spring concert annually. They also participate in state functions such as: choral clinics, solo and ensemble and concert festival. They compete each year at a three day festival and also at Carowinds. They consistently receive superior ratings at these events.
