Landrum High School’s varsity boys basketball team delivered a strong showing at the 26th Battle at the Border, finishing 2–1 and competing in a thrilling championship game that came down to the final moments.

In the title matchup against Blue Ridge, the Cardinals battled fiercely but ultimately fell 66–64 in a game that featured lead changes, clutch baskets, and a packed atmosphere. Senior standout Ivan Williams led the Cardinals with a big night, shooting efficiently and finishing with 21 points and five rebounds, marking his third consecutive game with at least 15 points. His scoring and energy helped keep Landrum in the hunt until the final buzzer. MaxPreps.com
