This week at LMS: Our fall semi-formal dance, Autumn's in the Air, is this Friday, November 17th from 6:00-8:00 pm. You can pre-pay your dance admission all week during lunch. Too Tired Tuesday is November 14th. Pay $2 to wear your pajamas to school. Friday morning, we will be selling Chick-fil-A biscuits in our morning car line for $5 each. Friday is the last day to pay to play in our Turkey Bowl on Tuesday, Nov. 21st. Also on Friday, report cards will go home. This week at LMS: School is closed on Monday and Tuesday (Nov 6-7). Fundraising for the Christmas Spirit Stick Pep Rally begins now and ends on Nov 21. We're going to buy toys for kids who are battling cancer at the hospital. If we raise the money listed, then faces will be pied and hair will be cut. The grade level that raises the most money will win the Christmas Spirit Stick at the Pep Rally on Dec 18. If 6th grade raises more than $100, Mrs. Ballentine will take a pie to the face. If 7th grade raises more than $100, Mr. Millwood will take a pie to the face. If 8th grade raises more than $200, Mr. Festa will cut his hair. If all grades combined raise more than $500, Mr. Kirkland will take a pie to the face. Our community has been very generous with donations for our Cardinal Closet and we want to thank everyone, especially our PTO, for helping fulfill this need.
