Spartanburg One

🚌 Mrs. Mathis is ready to roll… unfortunately, this bus won’t get our students very far! Spartanburg One needs school bus drivers to help keep the REAL wheels going round and round! Bus drivers are often the first Spartanburg One employee our students see in the morning and the last one they see in the afternoon. A friendly face, a safe ride, and a caring adult behind the wheel can make a real difference in a child’s day! We’d love to have you on our team! ➡️Apply today: https://spartanburg1.schoolspring.com

Congratulations to Dr. Ben Coates, Spartanburg One’s District Teacher of the Year!
As a Multilingual Learner teacher at Chapman High School, Dr. Coates is dedicated to creating a student-centered learning environment where every student feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Please join us in congratulating Dr. Ben Coates, our 2026–2027 Spartanburg One District Teacher of the Year! 🎉

We had an AWESOME first day of school in Spartanburg One! ❤️
We’re so happy to have our students and staff back and can’t wait to see all the learning, growing, and great moments this school year will bring.
✨ Day 1 was a SUCCESS! Here’s to an amazing year ahead!

Summer may be coming to an end, but a new school year is just beginning. Today, we welcome back the amazing teachers of Spartanburg One! Thank you for all you do to encourage, inspire, and support our students every day. We’re so glad you’re back. Here’s to a great year ahead!

Wishing our Spartanburg One families, students, staff, and community a safe and happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice made our freedoms possible, and we are forever grateful. As we spend time with family and friends this Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on the courage, dedication, and selflessness of those who served. ❤️🤍💙 #MemorialDay #HonorAndRemember #wearespart1

Our Chapman Panthers and Landrum Cardinals baseball teams had the opportunity to play at Fifth Third Park, home of the Spartanburgers, as part of the High School Baseball Series in partnership with Ingles. Proud of our teams and the way they represented Spartanburg One in such a beautiful setting! #WeAreSpart1

Faculty and staff from New Prospect Elementary, O.P. Earle Elementary, and Mabry Middle recently had the opportunity to review the designs and layouts for their new school buildings.

Their feedback was thoughtful and will help guide the next steps as we continue planning for the future of our schools. We are grateful for their time, input, and commitment to this important work! 💙
